Ensure your emails are NOT classed as junk mail or SPAM!
Mass Email Star™ sends MULTIPLE personalised and customised emails so that each recipient receives a personally addressed and signed off email.
Import names and addresses from your Outlook Express address book or proprietary spreadsheet or database (e.g. Microsoft Excel or Access, or Lotus 123 or Approach) to the Mass Email Star™ database.
Then using a simple to use template you can enter the subject and text of your email and optionally select a category of recipient (see below) and send your email to all names on the database that qualify.

- Can be added to existing suitable database e.g a personnel, customer or candidate database.
- Full secure (user name and password protected) online database management suite to add, amend/update, delete and search the database records. The search facility enables a search to be made for particular entries or for a list of records by category, for example.
- A simple to use Send Email screen, again securely protected by a username and password to prevent unauthorised access. This screen contains:
- Up to 3 selection criteria based on the 3 categories in the database so you can select which category of email contact you send a particular email to (extra categories available at additional cost).
- Subject window for you to enter the subject of the email.
Text window for you to enter the text of the email.
- Text of email can include images as required.
- Each email that is sent is individually addressed to each qualifying member of the database. The salutation can be selected as can a special Signature block instead of a standard one(see SIGNATURE BLOCK below).
- Personalised FROM and REPLYTO addresses are possible.
- When the emails are sent a return screen informs you how many have been sent.
- Obeys anti-spamming rules.
- Doesn't clog systems.
- External database import available.
Mass Email Star™ standard version database contents:
- Contact Name (separate FIRSTNAME, LASTNAME, TITLE, SALUTATION fields).
- SALUTATION FLAG (to determine if "Dear FIRSTNAME" or Dear TITLE LASTNAME" should be used. i.e. if name is Mr Alan Smith, whether to use "Dear Alan" or "Dear Mr Smith". Would normally be used in conjunction with SIGNATURE BLOCK.
- COMPANY NAME.
- EMAIL ADDRESS.
- CATEGORY1.
- CATEGORY2.
- CATEGORY3.
- SIGNATURE BLOCK (to be used for this specific contact instead of standard signature block).
- DISPLAY ON/OFF flag. This is used for records you may want to keep on the database but to ensure they are not sent emails for a period.
PRICE GUIDE
The Standard version of Mass Email Star™ costs £300 to set up and £75 per year service charge. The service charge covers:
- Providing the Internet hosting facility.
- Internet address to access the facility.
- Secure access to the database through the standard management login, and for bulk uploading via FTP if used.
Import programs are available at an additional charge to import your existing email address files.
